5. DO drink plenty of water

The warmer the weather, the more water you lose through perspiration. So the more fluids you should be drinking to re-hydrate and flush out nasty toxins. When skin is dehydrated, its protective barrier is also compromised. To keep your skin as healthy as possible, aim to drink at least eight glasses of water a day.
